    I Recently suffered a catastrophic house fire and lost all of my electronics and phones. The morning after the fire I went to the Verizon store in Cheney, Washington. Nicole was very patient and helpful! She set me up with a new phone and the landline so that I could be in communication with my insurance company right away. I was so grateful for her kind and compassionate assistance. Since then, I’ve needed to stop by on several occasions with questions, and without exception, every employee of the store has been great.     I had just switched to Verizon from AT&T at this store and me and my wife felt the sales lady was kinda pushy trying to force us to buy phone cases and screen protectors and would not take no for an answer. We also asked about hot spotting the phones a little bit she then wouldn't stop trying to make us buy jetpack spots for a hundred dollars and claimed that hot spotting your phone would ruin it . (I dont understand why do they have the option then?) I also had problems returning my phone a few days later even though it was within the 14 days and it was under contract.

    I went in and ordered an iphone 8 plus from the verizon in Cheney, they told me it would be 2 day shipping and it would be here by Saturday. Monday rolled around and I never heard from anyone so I checked the shipping, my phone had been delivered Monday morning and signed for by the verizon store. I gave them a call in the afternoon asking if it was in, they told me it wasn't. After a long conversation with their manager Alex he told me he would get it figured out and give me a call back ASAP. I never heard from him. I called back Tuesday afternoon, (of course Alex wasn't in.) and asked a few more questions, the gentleman Jonathan on the phone said he would get to the bottom of it, and luckily he kept his word. I got my phone Tuesday afternoon and thought I was done dealing with this store. Thursday evening rolls around and I received a very angry voicemail about trading in my old phone. (Which I never had discussed, my phone was paid in full 4 years ago.) It was then explained to me that I stilled owed money on my old phone, and was required to give my old phone back to them. I tirelessly looked through my bill trying to find where they could have been misinformed. I finally gave them a call back on Friday and talked with the manager Alex, only to find out they got me mixed up with the wrong person, and that I wouldn't need to turn in my old phone after all. Lastly they misinformed me that I had previously had mobile protection on my phone and transferred it over to my new phone, when I never gave them the go ahead to do so. (I have never had mobile protection on my phone, ever.) If you want to be treated with respect and professionally, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT STORE. So much time wasted.
